Personal Data Processing

Effective as of September 1, 2026

This policy describes how Noblesse Culture, s.r.o., as the data controller, processes the personal data of visitors and clients of the noblessehomes.cz website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data Controller

The data controller is Noblesse Culture, s.r.o., Company ID 08919607, with its registered office at Přístavní 531/24, 170 00 Praha 7-Holešovice, Czech Republic.

For questions about the processing of personal data, you can contact us at info@noblessehomes.cz.

2. What Personal Data We Process

Through the contact forms on the website, we process your full name, phone number, email address (optional) and the content of your message.

If you consent via the cookie banner, we also process anonymised or pseudonymised data about your behaviour on the website through the analytics tools described below.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

We process data from the contact form to handle your inquiry and to prepare a possible real estate brokerage or property management agreement, based on pre-contractual negotiations and your consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR).

We secure the form against abuse using Cloudflare Turnstile on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Vercel Web Analytics) only on the basis of the consent you give in the cookie banner.

4. Recipients of Personal Data and Transfers to Third Countries

To send messages from the contact form, we use Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), which acts as our processor under a data processing agreement (DPA).

The website runs on infrastructure provided by Vercel Inc. (USA), form security is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), and analytics, where you have given consent, by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (USA).

These providers are based, or process data, outside the European Economic Area; the transfer of data is secured through standard contractual clauses or participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Cookies and Analytics Tools

Necessary cookies (e.g. cookie_consent, which stores your cookie-banner choice for 180 days) are always used, regardless of your consent — they are required for the website to function.

Cloudflare Turnstile (protects forms against spam and abuse) always runs as a necessary security feature; according to Cloudflare, it does not use persistent cookies or build visitor profiles.

Vercel Speed Insights (measures page load speed) always runs; it does not use cookies and collects only anonymised page-performance data.

Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics (visitor statistics) only start when you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies.

6. Data Retention Period

We keep data from the contact form for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and to conclude and perform a possible agreement; a specific retention period will be added once the Provider's internal retention policy is set.

7. Your Rights

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing.

Where the basis for processing is your consent, for example for analytics cookies, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal.

8. Data Security

We have implemented technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) and restricting access to data to only those who genuinely need it.

9. Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe that we are processing your personal data in violation of the applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), based at Pplk. Sochora 727/27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic, website: uoou.gov.cz.

10. Final Provisions

This policy takes effect on the date of its publication on the Provider's website. The Provider reserves the right to update this policy to a reasonable extent, in particular following changes to the tools used or to applicable law.
