How much does rental brokerage cost?

How long does it take to find a tenant?
It depends on the location and condition of the apartment, but thanks to our vetted pool of applicants and listings on major portals, it usually doesn't take long.
I'm abroad and can't be there in person — is that a problem?
No. We can handle viewings and tenant selection without you present, and the contract can be signed remotely too. We communicate in Czech, English and Russian.
What does tenant screening include?
We verify identity, creditworthiness and prior rental history — we only recommend an applicant we'd rent the apartment to ourselves.
Does our cooperation end at the signed contract, or do you keep managing the property?
Rental brokerage ends once the contract is signed and the keys are handed over. If you'd also like ongoing care during the tenancy, we offer it separately as property management.
