Benefits for the owner

You own it, we take care of it. We take on the risk, the time and the paperwork — you just get the result.

Guaranteed rent, even when the apartment is empty

You get your payment even in a month without a tenant. We carry the risk of a vacancy, not you.

We handle finding a tenant

Advertising, viewings and selecting a reliable tenant are on us, from start to signed contract.

No dealing with payments or reminders

We collect the rent and deposits. You get the money in your account — not invoices and reminders to chase.

We resolve technical issues for you

From a dripping tap to a heating failure — we arrange and oversee the repair, so you don't have to call a technician yourself.

Full overview, no paperwork

We prepare the contracts, protocols and annual billing. You just sign, even remotely if you like.

Completely free for the owner

We cover our commission from the rent we collect for you — you pay nothing extra for management.

    Finding and screening a tenant

We advertise, conduct viewings and carefully screen every applicant before recommending the apartment to them.

  4. 04

Frequently asked questions

What property owners ask most often — if you don't find the answer here, just ask during the consultation.

How much does property management cost?

We cover our commission from the rent we collect for you as the owner. There are no upfront or monthly fees — management is completely free for you.

I'm abroad and can't be there in person — is that a problem?

No, that's exactly what our management service is for. We communicate in Czech, English and Russian, and documents can be signed remotely too.

What happens if a tenant stops paying?

We handle reminders and any collection on your behalf — you don't miss out on rent, see the rent guarantee above.

Who pays for repairs?

We arrange and oversee both minor and larger repairs on your behalf — we always inform you in advance about bigger interventions and their cost.

How often do you check on the apartment's condition?

Regularly, at least once a month — you'll find the rent, costs and any incidents in a clear statement.

Can I order just part of the services?

Yes, we tailor the scope of management to your needs — from simply finding a tenant to complete care.

The apartment is already rented out. Will you take over management with the existing tenant?

Yes, we regularly take over management of an ongoing tenancy — just hand over the contract and the tenant's contact details.

How quickly will you find a new tenant?

It depends on the location and condition of the apartment, but thanks to our vetted pool of applicants it usually doesn't take long.

Can I end our cooperation at any time?

Yes. The termination terms are clearly set out in the management agreement, which we go over at the first consultation.
